Firstly i do have to admit the venue is very good and has brilliant atmosphere so there is 1 positive. However there was multiple people trying to take phones out of peoples pockets which was very clear to see however security was a usual as a fork with soup. Also one of my friends tried to enter however said there ID wasn’t them even though we have flown over for the weekend so yet again another issue. I would definitely not recommend and whoever runs the company needs to sort it out. ABSOLUTE JOKE

Came with a ticket for a Paul Van Dyk performance. Was denied entry, because I “was intoxicated”. Truth to be told, I’m a construction worker who has put in a 10 hr work with installing mineral wool as external wall insulation. I had ZERO DRINKS nor other substances. I was dressed properly. Was told to come back after 30 minutes or I would be refused entry. I was denied to be tested for alcohol, to prove my innocence. That’s as low as it gets. First time in my life anything like that has happened.
