This is an awesome hotel in a great location! Don’t stay any place else in Dublin. The service is impeccable, we had dinner at Belfes twice during our stay and it was very good. We had a couple of small issues with our room and Angelica quickly solved those. One morning we were up early before breakfast time and Brandon served us in the lobby area. Molly was particularly helpful during the rest of our trip. She’s very Pleasant and polite.
The staff at the Westbury are absolutely exceptional! They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is memorable. We have a son with food allergies and the level of service they provided to support us during our stay was top notch. Darren and Dana with guest services came to our room personally to figure out our needs and accommodated each request. The rooms are elegantly decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed the Balfes brasserie restaurant for dinner.
Stopped off here for Tea and cake. I do so enjoy this hotel, terrific service and a beautiful lounge. The staff are so lovely. Thank you for the warm welcome. We so enjoyed it.
Wonderful afternoon tea experience in the Westbury. The service was terrific- they were very attentive during the first half of our seating, but gave us space to relax and chat in the latter half. The food was excellent, and they even sent out a small treat as we were celebrating an anniversary. Overall, a great experience.
Not only was this a perfect location to stay, but the rooms were perfect, the shower was perfect, and the onsite restaurants and bars were some of the best we had in Dublin. Their scrambled eggs that they serve with breakfast were also the best I’ve ever had. Already missing Ireland, and cannot wait to stay here again when we come back.
